Is Paying by PayPal the only way to subscribe for the service?

Yes, for the time being, paying online by PayPal with a PayPal account is the only way to subscribe for our service.

After I paid online, when will the service begin and how will I get contacted?

The service begins within 1 day after we receive your payment. A notification email including the membership starting date and ending date will be sent to your email address which you filled in the PayPal contact information. Each customer can have one email account and one IM account or two email accounts (mobile email accounts are also OK). By the time you get our notification email, please reply with your other email account or IM account.

What time every day do I expect to get the signals most likely?

The forex market is open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week.  Our trading system monitoring the market every second.  Therefore, you will expect to receive our signals anytime during the weekdays. But most likely, the signals are generated during 1:00am - 10:00am EST (6:00am - 15:00am GMT), as the market is most active in this time period.

How long does each trading last?

Our trading signals are based on the daily trading system. Usually the trading lasts for hours within one day. However, on some occasions, it is possible that the trading will last for days. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you subscribe our service without breaking points, in order to bring you the greatest profits.

How do you include the spread?

Spread varies from currency pair to currency pair and from brokers to brokers. The spread we take into accounts are 2 for EUR/USD, 4 for GBP/USD, 5 for USD/CHF and 3 for USD/JPY.  When our signal is a BUY, then it's the ASK price, and when it's a SELL, it's the BID price.

Why doesn't your signal include Stop Loss?

We don't give the stop loss points in our signals in order to make your profit as close as possible to our performance.  Market price varies from trading platform to trading platform.  A fixed stop loss or take profit sometime will make one customer exit with stop loss while the other end up with taking profit. Our system does have stop loss for each trading, but we don't give it to our clients just for the above reason. At the time of ending a trading, we will send you the signals for closing.

What if there is negative results of your performance?

As you can see, negative weekly performance rarely happened in our track record. Our performance will be updated on a weekly basis at our website.  In case of the negative performance for the week, we will extend the membership for 1 more week. An email will be sent to all the clients to notify the extension.
